How does payment work?
You pay upfront per week — no auto-renewal, no subscription. Pick how many weeks you want and pay once via Mollie (iDEAL, card, or PayPal). Promotion runs from the moment payment clears until the period ends.
How do the free weekly votes work?
Each paid week credits 25 (Pro) or 50 (Ultimate) votes straight to your server's monthly tally. They count exactly like player votes for ranking, just without an in-game reward.
What happens when my weeks run out?
Your promotion simply ends — your listing keeps its votes and ranking, just without the badges/spotlight/extra-votes. You can buy more weeks any time from the dashboard.
Do regular votes still count for paid servers?
Yes. Promotion is on top of regular ranking. Pro/Ultimate gives extra visibility and bonus votes, but real player votes still drive most of your rank in the main listing.
Can I switch plans?
Yes — buy a Pro week or an Ultimate week separately. If both are active, Ultimate takes precedence for badges and placement.
Are there refunds?
Refunds are handled per Dutch consumer law. Get in touch via the contact page if your server was approved with promotion that you couldn't use.
